Overhills was featured in the November 16, 2008 edition of the Fayetteville Observer. You can find it online, here. However, you might notice that the authors are listed as archaeologist Jim Irwin and historian Kaitlin O’Shea. It should say archaeologist Jeff Irwin and historic preservationist Kaitlin O’Shea.
I have also heard that there was an article and a photograph in the Harnett County News last week. If anyone has a copy of it, would you please let me know?

Overhills enthusiasts: Jeff & I stopped by The Country Bookshop in Southern Pines the other day to sign their copies of Overhills and add “autographed copy” stickers to the front. We haven’t been anywhere else yet, but we are hoping to have a book signing. There is a possibility that we will have at The Country Bookshop in February or March 2009. If that is the case, I will let you know and you can obviously bring your already purchased copies for us to sign and just visit to say hello! If you live far away and would like to have your copy signed, you can always mail it to me (send me an email!) or we can send you a book plate that you can place on one of the pages.
